It depends on the reason why you have been blocked.
If you cheat and Admin blocked you... forget it. You will never be unblocked.
But if it is a mistake, contact Secretary.

positive gold doesn't mean he is going to be unblocked. if you read the reson he was blocked it was because of unreturned loans, cheating through transfers was just a penalty |
