I have a thief invitation for rent!
You have two options and will have to choose from the following:
A)
1 thief art per week of rent. If TG invite is returned between days 7-14, then 2 thief arts are required as rental, no exceptions! If more than two weeks are used, then 2 arts and 2500 for each additional day beyond day 14 is required.
B)
2500 gold for every day of rent. You keep the thief arts yourself.
You will have to choose your option from the beginning of the rental, this can not be changed afterwards.
Besides the above you will also have to accept the following:
1) You prepay 30k, which will either be reimbused at TGI delivery or be used for payment of rent.
2) You will return the invitation as soon as you reach TG lvl 2.
3) You will not rent out or give the invite to anyone else.
4) You will accept a fine of 450,000 gold to be payed to Simstar if you are not able to return the invitation within 30 days. (and likely be blocked by the admins)
5) If option A is chosen, you will not be allowed to buy/sell any thief arts during the rental period. I will receive whatever arts you get from the TG.
(I might give a bonus if I receive exceptional good arts)
I prefer renters of lvl 7 (or soon to be) which also have plenty of gold for their arts during their thieving campaign!
