A really great idea - downgrade emulator.....
Imagine you are a level 7 and u want to fight
versus a level 4 friend, with the same possibilities...
...it's simple...
- you reset your talents
- you change (reduce) your troops in recruitment
- you unequip your art with a level more highter than the 4th
(but u cannot dismiss the four primary parameters added point)
Now, imagine a downgrade button, (temporary effect)
you choose the level, you press the apply button, and....
...now u have the parameters of the choosed level...
(skills, troops, talents, etc etc..)
what do u do now?
- join and fight in group battle with same levels!
After, if is possible,
- join players in hunt?
- play tournament for the select level?
- any other idea...
What do u think about this?
The first real reason about this:
to play in a group battle (3 vs 3)
with friends that have different level...

Thank you very much! | All things being equal a lvl 7 will reap lvl 4 into shreds, simply because they are more expirienced. Same goes for groups.
And if this 'downgrade' was allowed in tournament Forum would drown in tears, and rightfuly so.
I don't see how this idea is great :/ | | Good idea. Cant find PvP in lvl 6. | bad idea... a bit unfair... what happen with extra deference from labors guild? attack from hunting and mercenary initiative from thief?
Also I think your lvl represents not only character skill but also your skill.
I was trying to play as a mage (just tested) and till lvl 3 I did not have any lost battles in duels... because i have exp. how to best fight..
It is like going in to fight ring with children (just equip pampers and baby glows) LOL | not really bad idea, though it will make some imbalance i think, cause you forget about racial skill, HG, LG, MG, TG... the problem is that not all of, for example, level 6 has level 2 TG, has 5 HG, has 2, or 4, or 6 LG, 2 MG... that depends on the players, so this we can't do the same thing like talents and parameters. its quite hard i think to make the program remember how we were when we at level 6
imagine level 12 wizard join player of level 3 in hunt. a magic punch could deal 200 damage ++ i think, while usually at level 3 wiz its very hard to do 200 damage with magic punch. same thing work for tournament, more racial skill you get will give you better chance to win all tournament from level 3-12.
so, same thing could happen in group battle. as you might know, level 9 racial skill gives +1 luck to troops, and from 1-8 give you attack, def and init, the racial skill itself, and resistance against that faction | how you say, iron_eagle,

the possibility to temporary return at how we were when we was at level x
(for example, at the begin of the level x)
I think is not so hard to store the character situation when the level change,
so the game must only remember the character "status" once for level, like a backup. Great!
PS: it's not the "downgrade emulator", it's the "time machine"! | | If you forgo any experience and skill point gain while "downgraded" to an earlier level, why not. Not sure many people would use it though. | | IMHO it can be done easily without any implement in the game. if u want to fight a lower level and make the battle fair, just rearrange troops and talents points used to the numbers that u want, and let the lower level equip more AP than u to equilibrate the effect of bigger natural stats. | | i only see how this idea kill the game | My only question is:

Why if i'm a highter level, i must play only with "my level rules"?

Gee, and owning newbies is soo fair. As if an average lvl 4 and average lvl 7 and higher fight the same way.

Can't gather a groub battle mates? On level 7? Join a clan then, and find teammates there.

get a new id and train again, then you can go kick those low level

you can create the battle with the level range limitation. on other words, that's what we call 'bully' rather than 'battle'. if you prefer bully, so shall it be, you will still earn teh respect... well, on other meaning :) | Thank all for your comment. :-)
ok, clear....
so now no one need to return to a previous character situation...
...then i hope you:
- talk about this game to your friends
- your friends join this great game
- and your friends at first level say
"please, wait me for several months, the time to arrive at your level,
so we can play together"
So, after this, we can try to renew this idea..... | | i think tha all idea arent good or bad but only an idea is the peopple that use it to decide that are good or not? | | lets all downgrade to level 1 and train faction and other passive skills.. Bad idea. | To God5end:
the downgrade must be only for play group battles with others...
imagine:
You are a level 8
you go to the group battle windows to find a 3 vs 3 battle
you don't find a 3 vs 3 battle lev.8
but there are
- 3 vs 3 battle lev.3
- 3 vs 3 battle lev.5
- 3 vs 3 battle lev.6
then you change (downgrade) your level with the "time machine button"
and you join the battle you prefear,
and no one can say "is not fair, you skills are so highter"
because you became exacty how u was times (levels) ago...
Is this bad? | well, i think that in this game there is diamond upgrade most unbalanced that to have the possibility to fight with "downgrade level"; tactic in combat is more important than +1, +2, +3 in primary skill. It could be the possibility to downgrade 3 lev. max for example...i think this is a very good idea.
Let's think about it | | the time machine? yes I have blueprints for the flux capacitor, now if I could just find a stainless steel car... |
