| How DO you recruit? I have 6 bandits and 7 rouges, I NEED MORE! | Well, pay all of your gold to me and I'll even give you hydras!

You can manipulate the recruitment so you can max out on one troop type, at the expense of another, etc.
Only class where you get more troops via faction level I believe is the Necromancer. More Faction level = more skeletons.
