you can't ambush people until level 6. then you buy/rent thief invitation or pay diamonds to get into thieves' guild.
as for quests. there's mercenaries' guild in yellow lake where you can take quests. but until you're level 5 there's not much for you to do there. perhaps a vanguard of wizards... |

No, not at all
Until level 5 you can still fight without arts =)
and at level 1 and 2 you can hunt each 20 minutes
that were the best times ;P |
