Where productivty is the modifier of how much you'll produce/earn. Lets say my basic salary is 100 gold/10 units produced, with LG lvl 1 I'd earn 120 gold and produce 12 units, at lvl 2 I'd earn 150 gold and produce 15 units and so on. On a sidenote, it might be wise to check out the 'about the game section' and the sticky topics, it might be lots of reading, but there is a whole bunch of information found inthere. |
look at the table in the link from gurumao,
so for example a laborersguild of 4 that multiplies your loan with 2.5
So if you enroll for 175 gold, you receive (175*2.5)=437 at the end of the workshift |
