| Although I have sufficient resources, am in the right place, and the factories have stock, I'm unable to buy anything. I enter the number required, press "buy", and the screen just refreshes, with nothing changed (I have no artefact, and I haven't been charged). The result is that I can't hunt or battle; does anyone know what might be happening please? |
| same thing happened to me was trying to buy Defender shield - it shows the quantity available but when i enter the number - nothing happens and they all are still there. |

you can only buy 1 at once
So if you need 3 of them, you need to buy 1, then another 1 , and then another 1
And are you sure, the artifact isnt here?

I also have been trying unsuccessfully to buy a defender shield since 15:02. I knew something was wrong because I missed the 15:00 rollover by two minutes and there were still 8.70 defender shields in stock at 15:02.
Now at 15:18 they are still there. I keep trying to buy one every now and again but it still isn't working. |

| Sven91: I was only trying to buy one -- and yes, the item definitely isn't in my inventory (nor is the gold gone from my stash. It's obviously a bug of some kind, judging by the number of people with the same experience. |

Did you buy anything previous to the arts you were trying to purchase.
for all:
I have had several friends telling me they have got a problem and i have come up with an idea. I am thinking that the admins may be introducing a scheme so that people cant mass horde all the resources and arts of the map. It may be something like buy once every 2 minutes. |
