Authorquestion regarding switching faction for 24hours.

How come when I switched from dark elf to elf, I cannot build as many recruits as other elves of the same level.

i see a build of 1 fairy 22 forest keepers 11 bowmen.

I can only attain 0 fairy 22 forest keeper 9 bowmen.

any reason why?
