6+0+0+0+0+4+0+0+3+2+1+0+0+0+0=16
you have a GpC of 16
in facts, it's a bit more, you surely have something like 17 or 18, because "0" are false:
for exemple:
mercenary guild: 0 (19) you have done 38% of first level, mercenary guild gives you 0.38 pts to CpC instead of 0. | so if you have all factions on 2 you have 14 points
