Dude, the that was supposed to be a donation from windtalker to the clan to obtain certain privileges in the clan. However, at that time, it was not clear whether donations constitute as presents (which would fall under the 30% rule). Therefore, binghuo returned the gold back to the donor. Noticed he withdrew 97903 from the clan account before the transfer.
