I will return a new thief invitation in 4 weeks and pay 2000 gold renting fee per day. I have transfered the deposit to cragg as prepaid renting fee and I will transfer both thief arts to cragg. If I return TGI in 4 weeks, I will get one thief art back on cragg's choice and the remaining deposit. After 4 weeks, the rent went up to 4000 per day for another 2 weeks. If I am not able to return TGI in 6 weeks, I will be fined 250,000 gold plus all deposit.
