I never recieved any elements when i became level 0 mercenary

I never recieved these rare items :(
I have won 28 quests am now combat level 6, level 5 elf, level 4 hunter BUT have NEVER recieved any rare elements on mercenary quests.
Is there a bug and how can i get some rare elements please?? | | The same problem for me... i have done 6 successful missions, and i have not yet received these 2 rare elements...
