Conditions vary for different levels, fractions.
The main thing is: 2 thief arts and some money (depends on personal characteristics, not a lot of money) for 2 weeks. Discussible 1 thief art and some money for 1 week.
Examples: 10k and 2 thief arts for 2 weeks, 4k per day after 14th day of rent; 10k and 1 thief art for 1 weeks, moving to the first tariff if delayed; 8k per day. All variants are discussible. | | i | Amount of gold to be paid depends on the following:
1. Player's level;
2. Fraction of the player;
3. Is the second upgrade bought;
4. Laborer's Guild.
The default value is 10k for 1 week rent (with 1 art), 15k for 2 weeks rent 2 arts), 4-5k per day in arrear.
