For heroes what is use for morale,luck and initiative?

look it up urself here | | i don't understand.........?_? | the parameters of the hero are added to the troops parameters (attack also defining the heroes damage range).
troops speed defines how many fields they move, higher morale means higher probability of troops "bursting for action", i.e. having their initiative doubled.
