It is a fight to the death. The flag of white means nothing on these battle fields.
If they let people surrender those people who used artifacts would loose durability for not. So you must battle it out to the bitter end. |

flee from battle will get -2 luck as punishment |
you cant even flee
even if you press the back button you will still be the same place |
| There is a way to flee from combat. But since I don't encourage that behaviour I'm not going to tell you how to do it. ;P |
| I suggest you to fight to the bitter end. Actually, I find it very fun. Trying to inflict as much damage as I can, killing one goblin here, one imp there, even if I am fighting one against ten... I like it. |
