For whoever does not want to read all that:
1: Everything was getting pay`d back
2: admin did not even check or do the math
3: wrong punishment
I should not be getting in trouble for making a clan since its been like 3 weeks with no accept or decline,
you know how hard it is to keep 20k without spending it for 3 weeks??
Okay... i had 2 chars and i was saving for a clan that they would both be in, i got the money and started to transfer since i figured they would pay equal i did then since i had bad gambling luck i had one char keep the money for awhile then this char got all of the money back (yes i made sure it was all) then i got bored of this char so i simply decided to lend arts to my other char and have him pay it back with mining whats so wrong about that? now my friend and his brother are out money from clan im fined 20k i lose my favorite char (still bored of this one) and i`m not even able to defend myself.. everything i borrowed from one char i gave back and i mentioned another char witch in profile asumeing it would be obvious who it is... and yes i`m trying my very best not to start making fun of u all for choosing to follow rules without thinking instead of thinking judgeing following rules.

If you have multis you are not allowed to transfer money between them. |

well funny thing is it didnt actually take long to get where i am maybe 9 hrs
im ganna get started on another couple of accs and actually abuse (no i still dont think i was i payd everything back the only reason i wasnt able to afford wutever i wanted was the frikken clan and it took so long to get accepted im now using that as a reason lol 3WEEKS!) |

3.10. You may play with multiple characters, if you wish. However, abuse of this possibility is not welcome. All multiple characters must be independent; remember, that extrachars created for financial profiting of the main character are forbidden.
3.10.2. Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited.
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to loan, lend or borrow any game valuables.

We are truly the brightest stars in our own minds. The only conceivable reason to start a post explaining exactly how you broke the rules and yet be surprised by a punishment is that you are the center of your universe.

same happened to me and my brother earlier, admins are going haywire and "punishing" left and right since 13 year old kids with time management issues scope around everyones account and post about evryother trasnfer etc in game and claim u are a multi. and since they complain about admins not doing anything admins go on a spree and try to save face, its pathetic. one of my real life friends and my brother got blocked today for abuse of rules. when no rules where broken and admins didnt even take time to check, or send a mail so my brother and friend could explain their side. they just closed the accounts and sent mail saying what they did, no return adress where you couls explain your case, so much for innicent till proven guilty. and on top of it all they fined me because they though i was part of some eleged cheat scam with my brother (that some guy who was in a fight where i accidentaly went afk, and lost. made forum accusations and whatnot to get me punished, wtf?), and i didnt either get a chance to explain myself, and i even have done so in numerous forum posts already.
i am all for rules in an online game, but this game is going south fast if this is how the management treats its customers, cause that is what we are, customers.
today admins just banned based on accusations of the aformentiond 13 year old players that have changed the word "mom" for "admin" everytime they loose a fight. "admin, i lost a battle and i hurt my ego, look at his logs, there must be something there, he cant beat me without cheating cause i am so good. buhuuu" and posts like that.
so my plead to admins are, MATURE UP. dont just belive accusations, and if you have suspicion about someone doing nasty stuff, take it up with the person in question with the ingame personal mail, dont just take the empty "player with a grude" accusations for the truth.
cause in an open debate, someone will always find a clever spin of your words that make you seem guilty as sin. 1 on 1 accuser and accusie is more fair way of dealing with people under suspicion. its how evolved countries do it, so is it too much to ask for in an online game? (i dont expect any admins to read this, doing so would actually have to involve work for them, and not just have a day in the month where they bann left and right, wich is obviously easier). pease out (posts after this will probably twist my words and so on, its sad. but only to be expected) |
