I am at Lv 4 so I don't seen talent page yet.
But I want to know,what happen to talent when I change faction
1 I can choose it again.
OR
2 Talent that already choosed is permanent.
OR else? | different faction have different talent wheel. you will get a new talent wheel after change faction
