Author | Parameters Changing |
When I changed factions from dark elf to barbarian I lost 1 point from knowledge.....That is fine because they don't use magic, but when I changed to demon I still don't have any knowledge. |
You got +1 attack |
Demons have attack bonus +1 |
But I want knowledge |
If I gain a level and add point to knowledge what happens if I change faction again? |
The point of knowledge stays.
If you want to reset level up stats you've spent, use Potion of Oblivion. |
that 1 point gets converted 2 ur next faction. there is no use at all though for a barb because they r the only faction with NO magic at all |
Points you add stay where you add them, until you use a potion of oblivion.

An excerpt:
Knights: defense +1
Necromancers: knowledge +1
Wizards: knowledge +1
Elves: initiative +3%
Barbarians: attack +1
Dark Elves: knowledge +1
Demons: attack +1 |
So if I change between factions that can use magic that point will stay? |
Problem is I will want to build all factions equally so every time I change to barbarian and back again I will have no knowledge |
i don't think that's possible |
Each faction has its own benefits. For example:
Knights: defense +1
Necromancers: knowledge +1
Wizards: knowledge +1
Elves: initiative +3%
Barbarians: attack +1
Dark Elves: knowledge +1
Demons: attack +1
So at 1st you took wizard so you would have an Extra +1 knowledge (due to faction). When you change to Barbarians, you lose that one extra knowledge (due to faction) and gain +1 attack (due to faction). This parameters are bonuses due to your own faction that you currently belong to. This extra skill point varies as one changes faction hence your 'lost' knowledge when you converted to barbarians.
You can however, add skill points by virtue of points gained due to given combat level. This skill parameters gained in such a way is permanent and can only be changed by means of potion. |
Sorry everyone I realised my mistake you can close this now |
My mistake was I started with a Dark elf who already has knowledge...The point I added was to spell power not knowledge |
