***I HAD Rain of Arrows IN SPELLBOOK***
and clicked Rain of Arrows at every of my hero's turns
and each time nothing is written in text window at the bottom of combat screen
(not even 'akwamaryn wait') and hero just passed turn instead of shooting any arrows.
Note i already used that talent before and it worked in other fights.

(I need more details there are some below).
Here is what I done before starting the fight :
I had previously talent 'Basic Fortune' at the previous fight when I assisted bdw0315,
I seen I spotted a few elven bowmen but i had to waited for my troops to be restored. Meanwhile, I thought it could be fun shooting multiple arrows on frail enemy archers that would be splitted into several stacks,
then I clicked to the Talents links
(to the right of mys character's screen).
then the button 'Reset'
then clicked 'Rain of Arrows'
then 'Apply' checked that Rain of Arrows was displayed in learnt skills list with 3 talent points left.
then went to 'Recruiting' changed the following troops
Elves 12->0
Forest Keeper 5->17
Elves 0->5
clicked 'Apply'.
went to map, clicked Attack.
Here is what i done after the fight:
I went in Character screen clicked on Talent, and checked: Rain of Arrows still was learnt. |
