| I upgraded to this option today, but I am not seeing any differences? Am I missing something or is this bugged? At lvl 4, without the upgrade, what should my max Swordsmen/Bowmen be? I can only do 20 Swordsmen and 21 Bowmen. I've seen others with higher counts than me at same level, or am I just crazy? haha |

These numbers are depend on your racial skill level.
More skill - more troops. |
