He steels money from Empire account and figth in battles in artifacts. This affects all the game process.
As for other - i don't know, but I strongly think that it's not fair to use admin password or account and harm other players.
He has an advantage not because of smart gaming but due to admin rigths. This is cowardly. This is a cheating and in all on-line games that account has to be banned for all times. (with other listed in transfer log)
Otherwise, I don't see a sense to play this game. |

I hope you didn't take my PM joke too seriously =) I was about to ask the Administration to take my defense, but with all those accusations, I feel like I need to speak up myself first.
I am not a game Administrator, I do not have access to their accounts or passwords, nor to any of their characters' passwords. I am a mere player, who gained their trust and helps them to control the general forum and chat situation by Moderating, as well as recruit more people to do that according to my judgment.
I also spend considerable amount of time on writing manuals, articles and explaining game rulings, as well as just answer newbies' questions about the game. You do realize that would take a lot of my real life time, don't you?
I'm not doing this for reward or fame. I'm doing it because I like this game, I find it awesome and unique, and I'm proud and happy I can put some effort of mine into making it better. I'm quite sure all (or almost all) other Moderators feel nearly the same.
The Administration found it necessary to install monthly salary for Moderators, maybe to stimulate our work, well, it is their right and choice. But I'll tell you this: every gold piece I spent on my full art so far, I earned it myself, without stealing or cheating, using only methods that are fully accessible to other players. I can swear that, even more, I can prove that, if I have to.
And yes, all of those characters are moderators.

if they use admin rights (or admin help) - they shouldn't participate in common figths because they are too heavy loaded with artifacts to fight with usual player.
Is it right to give them advantages?
Give all players 50000 and everybody will figth with artifacts ))
But you gave the money only to one clan!

I'm sure nobody likes when other players cheating...
But this is not a cheat. This is more disgusting. This is administration unfair play.

If you want to spent like 6 hours an hour - apply to be moderator. If you think that 15000 a month is a lot for like hmm...5 hours*30 days=150 hours. he earns 200 gold per gour cause he madi this website almost by himself
Every other moder earns 100 gold per hour. And if administration says that it is OK, that means it is. |

From what I've seen, the mods are doing a good job. So they deserve a small salary at least. :)

| I've been in this game for only little time, but I agree with Agelage. Arctic and any others (don't know them, I'm sorry) should be rewarded for their efforts, sure enough, but not in a way that would give them an advantage over others in game. It would be preferable if another means of reward could be found. Again, this is only my personal opinion. |
The gold came as a big surprise, as I did not expect anything for my work, although it was greatly appreciated. I would gladly serve under HeroesWM staff, even without the pay.

| Whats wrong with reward for the EXTREME time and hard work he puts in? I've seen Arctic finishing questions and answering forum questions at midnights endlessly. He has played such a big role in making you enjoy this game Agelage, show some gratitude. His reward has not affected you in any way right? or maybe your sense of jealousy is too high? Did you start a protest against people who work hard and get their rewards on the real world? do u know that by spending his tiem here, he might miss out on much of his life outside the game? If the Admin gave him real money, would that please you by driving pass you by driving an ENZO pass you? He's not even in the top 10? he's not abusing any of his rights even when he the abiulity too. Which rights he has you dont??? go beg the Admin to give you a job creating a new server for us and maybe you will get some. Has he fought you in battle before? Did he bully you because he had money? or because he had skill? |

And about other rewards... I think gold is fine. Well, real money would be the best, but that's kinda hard to accomplish. (And tbh, I don't mind Arctic driving an Enzo. ^^)
Sure, there could be other superficial rewards like having a "custom armour", "nifty colour on forums", "cool badges or banners on their profile" and so on. But the gold-reward benefits most of us anyway, since now the mods will buy more artifacts, which will give gold to the factories, which creates job-offers. :)
They already have certain benefits (Mod-tools, inside information) but a reward like this is good to have as well, especially since it seems to be awarded per how much work they have done. (A few there only got 15k, while Arctic got 60k, and Smoker 37500... ) |
