Hello. I am writing to report regarding my account being hacked and gold being stolen.
I took a break from this game since 28/9/2021. Recently i tried loging back (After 4 years), i noticed my account was blocked. I checked my account using my secondary account and found that all my gold was transfered to the player named theghostsman. I have never met and never chat with this person.
What's more frustrating is that after the transaction,the person was not fined nor blocked. Now i'm stuck on how to get my account back :(
Is there a way to get my account back? I'm 100% can confirm if the admin check the IP address during the transaction, it will differ from my usual IP address. Please help. :( | A bit of amendment. I recently double checked.

I am in a similar situation, but somehow my account was accessed and gold was transferred to my account and some trades made. They did not sell all time items in inventory tho, which is strange. Just money in-out and to god knows where. I even managed to check the IP that had logged in and that was in Netherlands.
The culprit (most probably the guy that hacked), is now blocked. But I am left with a 300k fine :)
