Is there any meaning of position on the list? Does position on the list indicate from which facility Empire will buy to the shop? Only conclusion I see is that lower price goes first. | No meaning, they seem to be firstly sorted by the sell price of the artifact and then grouped by their regions.
Empire buys from the lowest, but if there are multiple of the same price then it supposedly picks at random from those of the same price. (as I've seen from ru forums) | for beatacka:
