Payouts (for level 5 participants) and question:
Question first since some won't read through all of this. How will I know when I've been paid because I do a lot of market and resource trading and may not notice when 4011 gets added to my gold?
And now on to the payouts for level 5 survival tournament.
According to equations from Shebali and tournament info on this page:
https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=44
Payout for top 10% (they round down) of level 5 participants will be: 4011 gold each
Knight: 15 of 158
Necro: 16 of 166
Wizard: 8 of 88
Elf: 26 of 264
Barb: 14 of 142
DkElf: 19 of 197
Demon: 8 of 85
Total slots paid: 106 of 1100 (9.63% actually paid)
Payout for each = Incentive money/total slots in top 10%
= 425,200/106 = 4011.32 = 4011 gold
Although this doesn't (unfortunately) apply to me, I'll go ahead and calculate the payout for the top 3 slots of each factions while I'm at it. They don't specify their round off rules, so I'm going to round down since that's what they did for top 10% of each faction.
Amount for each faction = main prize fund/7
= 206,300/7 = 29,471.43 = 29,471 gold
Payout for 1st = 29,471*0.5 = 14,735.5 = 14,735 gold
Payout for 2nd = 29,471*0.3 = 8,841.3 = 8,841 gold
Payout for 3rd = 29,471*0.2 = 5,894.2 = 5,894 gold
Now it's not clear, but I think the top three also get the prize for being part of the top 10% as well, so if that's the case their total payouts will be:
1st = 14,735 + 4,011 = 18,746 gold
2nd = 8,841 + 4,011 = 12,852 gold
3rd = 5,894 + 4,011 = 9,905 gold | It will be visible in your log when you recieve the prize.
Also, I think it will be an update in the news and probably some storytelling about it.
After all, the money involved aren't the main point of this tournament, so I'd be somewhat disappointed if there weren't at least one ceremony to congratulate the champions of the empire. ;) | Thanks. It won't be too long I'm sure. |
