2. Shouldn't .com MC clans try to cooperate with each other?
Yes, like in what happened last night:

then:
Contending clans:
1) #4201 Empire's Crusaders - 53 victories.
2) #7279 #7279 The Dragon Slaughter - 25 victories.

I should mention that those combats were performed between 4-6 AM.

that's a very good suggestion, but how do you think MCs can co-operate each other, what is your proposal?
They can cooperate in many ways, like: If more then 1 .com clan wants a facility, clan leaders can talk to each other and get an agreement on who should go for it. No point in having so many clans fighting for the same facility, losing a lot of arts and time and gold in the process. They can even help each other by leasing enchanted artifacts to one another.
My point is: .RU is so powerful, I see no point in .com clans fighting each other.
All known games have alliances like this. And clan wars is coming so we better make then now then get crushed later on ;) |

4-6 AM is the only active time for our clan. Our members are most active at this time of day. Because of the time zone issue, there is almost no contestable facility for us for a very long time: most of the combats are over before 4AM. We have been waiting for something that is contestable at this time for a long time.
There is no need to be so sarcastic. I don't think anyone did anything wrong, neither EC or us. |

It happened already before. It is normal, 2 clans see an opportunity to get a facility, they go, and try their best. We went there because then we would get the whole sector, and, as dreamstrike said, that was the time that his clan was more active, and they could have won that facility (there was others facilities gained with much less than 25 wins)... I think DS has a good chance to get a facility.
I don't think anyone did anything wrong, neither EC or us.

I guess the point Crys was trying to make is precisely that many facilities have been gained in this event with << 25 wins. So, both clans might have wasted more arts and gold than needed to win the facility. This could have been prevented if both clans had communicated with each other.
But yeah, if 4-6am is the only time most members of DS are online and EC needed that facility to complete their sub-district, its difficult to reach an agreement. And fighting is a lot of fun (of course, gold and arts cost notwithstanding). |

That kind of lie doesn't work in LWM ;)
it's not hard to find out or estimate how many wins a clan has got so far, just a few minutes work.
on the other hand, we just wanted to see how far we can go yesterday since this is the first time that our clan seriously planned for and organized an attack. |

Cooperation between MCs to set influence zones is much needed. Even if no compromise is achieved, maybe another time talks will be more lucky.
Proposals have to be realistic. When clan has 3 facilities in a subsector, there is no way it would give up on fighting for the 4th when it is available. So better to skip competing for it or take part only if you think you can win.
But even if you think you can't win, if you resign from fighting, the other clan will need less wins to achieve goal and it will help it to save much gold. In return, it can offer to skip some attack in future when you try to fight for another facility so you could win with less points too.
All is needed to make it work is being friendly to each other and understanding each other. |

yay,and something I have been saying for a long time finally came out in public,
what elrond said is probably what we can effectively do and the gold,time,energy we can save by that will certainly result in what we want-
minimize costs and maximize efficiency ;)
If all the 3-4 active .com MCs can form a trustworthy alliance with the sun of all the clans income some 120-150k,we can compete with the highest lvl MCs of .ru,eng. speaking clans have shown their strength in previous events (portals etc.) and if we form an alliance,we undoubtedly would be able to compete for the best alliance on the server :) |
