| You are kidding right? That's a guy who scored 52 points. I had to check but #1 has a player with 51 points. If everyone played the event as if the minimum were 60, there would be no contest in the first place. Its amazing how high you seem to place your clan standards, as if its success were independent of players like those. |

Well i guess it made sense to you at that time. For me the fatal blow seemed kind of unreliable so the damage did not feel worth the cost. Also, tengus are not really that tanky so you either need a big stack or defense talents to make best use of vindictiveness and fatal blow. Or they get shot down pretty early. |
Yeah actually they were the first one to get shot.. so it was kinda good too, since it led my infiltrators and spies live :D
Rewards out
Parameter wise, art is pure crap. What good is 3 attack.
However, I am thinking to get all those simple robber arts as set for TGs, can be good replacement for enchants and simple robber arts have cheap repair cost. |
30% melee damage in thiefs, and 20 otherwise is not too bad. But compared to Robbers bow and cloak that were really amazing, this does feel like a step down. Which is unusual. I have come to expect that progressive runs of the same event would lead to better rewards.
Still, art is a nice bonus. I did enjoy the event for the chance to play with new troops. |

| I think given the strength of other arts in the river set, if they kept in making then uniformly great then the robbers set would end up op. 20% melee equates crudely to about 4 attack in raw stats, which puts it pretty well below the competition. Perhaps they had to do this given the number of 80 durability versions that must have gone out, if too good would wreck the market for other arts in addition to the above point. |
If not for the arts, they could have put some extra gold reward after the event.
Not huge, but to compensate for the grinding. |

- In addition, the Robber Brotherhood will recognize all those who defeat difficulty level 12 with a memorable artifact.The durability of the artifact depends only on the maximum defeated level of difficulty. There will not be additional awards other than those mentioned in this news.

Thats amazing!
Being on same level, it means I could have done it too rather than grinding. With my grinds even with min ap at initial battles, and 4 cheap dungeons at last battles, I think still you would have saved more gold than me. :)
And your score is proof for whiners who call this grnding event. Well done! |

I thought I would work out my cost overall given this conversation so that I could fairly evaluate.
I used grace arts to get to 55 AP or so, on some days with an elixir where my cpb was about 740, on other days I needed one more art and it was more like 840.
Probably fair to say I average 800 gold for most battles. I wore full shop arts for the last 6 battles.
so costs are approx 800*207 + 6*1500 = 174600
I gained 83761 gold directly - so direct gold cost was about 90000 gold or so by completing it through farming. |
