Today I've seen stacks of 40 bowmen, and 20 death envoys or 30 priests
Seems that the bigger stack you have of something, the smaller the finds get |
That would make sense in terms of restricting crazy increases. Certainly I have 77 rogues in line with a battle that is not too crazy, whereas I saw a battle where the character you gave the link of, had to battle huge hordes of enemies to get just 29. Perhaps it means that at the end it may be more useful to recruit different creatures to what are useful - which I believe contribute to army strength, even if there are too many stacks to recruit. |
Isn't army strength only depends on currently recruited creatures? Or overall creatures recruited? |
for Ingenious:
overall creatures recruited |
Wow didn't know that. Thanks. |

I was thinking the same. And btw I got the impression that upgrading some units gives more strength / silver than others, has anyone checked that? I didn't take exact numbers so...
If anyone is interested, this guy is #1 now with 14363 army strength (he was first already yesterday)

I got only 3k points today, yesterday I got 3k just by upgrading wardens :/ |
Weird, his army doesn't look that much.
So wardens get the most points then? |
Omg
I broke the Cage, then the Commanders that were inside went to the enemy team.
Maybe because I broke it with TDE mistress controlled by my temptres?? :(((((
Lost 1 attempt, pff |
for Ipsen:
Poor you |
for Ipsen:
haha |

Perhaps it is because he is gaining creatures that he does not recruit due to before mentioned pattern of the bigger your stack the smaller the creature gain.
I wonder if that impact is uniform for all creatures - ie if you recruit numerous small creatures the drop off becomes significant at a few hundred - perhaps if top tier creatures were recruited it would be less of a decrease overtime. It may be however it scales upon tier in which case less numerous creatures fo any given tier would be better (eg poisoners vs goblins) or else be unique for each creature in which case it will be hard to judge the decrease (though may be linked to normal character recruit limits) |
Chieftain are so Op, man, wow.
Like Knight hero, but Version 2.0 ... Faster and more effective.
I dont want Alt Tribal to come now :P
they may just push ally archers endlessly, or Lizard Assailtants, etc...
This, and harpooners, I fear. |
Link to battle I mention in 168#

Sad XD
Dont repeat this bad mistake, guys :P |
I think few people would - why choose temptress over mistresses - that was your first mistake ;P |
Does anyone have a prediction of the score needed for top 100 by end of the event? |
hoho - Ipsen that was funny... did u know cage is not necessary to be destroyed at all? :) |
Is it better to get Mistresses or Temptresses? I see the potential in both. Mistresses have the ricochet shot which could be devastating in high numbers, but Temptresses have the seduction which can seduce large stacks and keep them from injuring your own army while also self attacking. Thoughts anyone? |
Personally I would say mistresses by a large margin - the damage output is significantly more. In comparison the temptresses are unlikely to be able to hold an enemy for long at all given the huge numbers the opposition have. Which even when possessed with their lower attack and defence will do comparatively less damage - ie if you tempt on the first turn the damage that tempted stack will do will likely be less than if they had shot. |
Total army strength: 13,447
Victories / Combats: 59 / 60
Silver available: 55,192
Silver gained: 465,071 |
Anyone know top how many people are expected to get max dura? |
