dont study that pate. if you are iij such a turbo then you might want to give a break to the game. study till 2 am max. after that it wouod be good to hwve a good nighs sleep. I wonder how much you revall from your run. Do not stress the body. Not much diff. would be there . I am sure you have studied in 11 and 12th a bit.
Last min. studies dont pay off. but if you ate startng nw stressing yur body is still a bad idea. |
