Strange that people can't manage levels in the first 10 even after they reduced the difficulty. 1 win gives you 1 extra brawler?

You get more later on, at the moment I can take a total of 90 brawlers and my sentries are in the 300's |

@death2all, they only reduced the difficulty from lvl 11 and onwards, lvl 1-10 stayed the same, I re-did my lost one at lvl 8 and it was exactly the same, the admins didn't bother reducing it for lvl 1-10.
@Mammary, Here is a tip, for lvl 1-10 try picking a faction where you can select most talents to get expert defense and rest in offense and if some leftover in luck. Fury barbarian can select most of these talents for less than rest of the factions. |

I have 105 mountain sentries and can theoretically recruit 145 more, however at the current price it would cost virtually the same to get a full set of any other creature.
As such have people found any one creature to be particularly effective? I am tempted by a second shooter stack to force the enemy to me more since I have many sentries etc and therefore get good value from them.
How have people found ascetics so far? what about white bears, punishers or dragons, any particularly good? |
| I have 5 ascetics. I feel like they are too overpriced for what they are worth. Some use that you can have out of them is to cast evasion for a shooter heavy wave that you are redoing for silver. Otherwise, for me they stay in reserve. |
I have one ascetic too , done buy them lol , totally useless

can flame blow got some chance to take more dam to large creature?
maybe ascetic's evasion can help the beastslayer and punisher prevent being target of shooter :) |

I like my 6 core dragons, they barely dies ;)
Using 80 beastslayers and 500+ sentries as main unit, along with 13 dreadbanes and 100 ursary. |
| I've stuck with low level troops, I figure that way you get the most benefit from vitality and battle fury talents (plus I have so much invested in those that I don't think it with switching) |

my quiestion is how many battles i got left? ...am i missing the chance to get to lvl 50 be cause i lost many battles and i repeated lvl for silver? |
