IF a player makes an argument, THEN that player gets a personal insult instead of a counterargument.
IF a player can't form an argument, THEN that player results into personal insult instead.
IF a player defends itself against personal insults, THEN that player gets banned from forum.
IF none of the above they just keep on swallowing the crap untill the day comes that they have choked on it.

There are 3 types of people in every games -
1) One who is critical and makes points to show the games flaws and faults in order for it to get improved.
2) One who can only be a bootlicker and insult those that show the faults.

When the difference between necro AI pirate and the other AI pirate is so huge as in the necro crumbles apart like paper while at the other you can barely win, then there is a huge fault in the design of the AI heroes. But hey, keep your eyes closed as usual and react to the people pointing it out instead, because according to most everyting is ok here and there is nothing to see.
Also you should try reading my post again, the toilet remark I made is towards the person that resulted to personal attack instead of reacting to my point. When someone makes a personal insult I make one back, when you defend yourself like that it is called intelligence, but apparantly I'm talking to deaf ears. So enjoy from now on your circle to your hearts delight.
Unfortunately this forum has become so that instead of reacting to made valid points, people result into personal attacks instead. And when you defend yourself to that you get banned from the forum, as in they are allowed to dish it out but cannot take it and get shielded by the moderators. And it is always the same group of players that behave this toxic way. Resulting into lots of people not speaking up their mind anymore, even afraid of these personal attacks. I have seen a lot of forums getting killed off by this behaviour.
Also those using the word whine should learn its meaning before attempting to use it, otherwise it only shows the degree of your intelligence or the sincere lack of it. To whine means: to snivel or complain in a peevish, self-pitying way. Somehow stating facts has become seen as making complaints here. In case you missed out on the facts, here they are again:
Fact: for the first time on an event one cannot even farm anymore without taking lots of losses, as in doing the lowest minimal load possible for the boat and only upgrading the boat after its durability has gone. This is a first in an event.
Fact: used to be over 10k people online during an event, now it's not even close to 5k.
These are not complaints, these are how things are. Calling people stating them whiners etc does not make these magically disappear, it only shows you attempting to mask it away by resorting to pitiful personal attacks.
This will be my last post as well, so enjoy your forum and keep on high fiving each other. |

events are intended for the competition between players, therefore you cant complain about not being able to farm fsp

It applies for all. Yes indeed Lawton makes complaints frequently but the way he was bullied in person is crap IMO. You can just read his posts and pass by instead of indirectly pointing making lame jokes and insulting.

The difference between fact and opinion is not so clear cut, as for one it may be sufficient evidence to become truth, though for another it is not complete certainty.
By consequence the fact from one persons view is then an opinion, and if a negative opinion then this in turn becomes a complaint.
This outcome is inevitable as there will always be difference in perception on any event.
If a suggestion is made as to what could have been done instead, then it becomes constructive criticism. People who then reply to that post can then focus on the suggestion, rather than the premise of the suggestion and so it tends to lead to less negativity.

You have 18 battles left, which if you got 205 for them would leave you in the high 11k mark. However, I can imagine you will be averaging more than that towards the end if not already, in which case that would give you the highest score recorded in this thread. Keep up the good work. |
