General Rules
3.22. Any custom combat tournaments with a prize reward and/or a participation fee are forbidden.
Custom card game tournaments are allowed.

i don't think so... but the again, i can't speak for the Empire...
if players know about rewards, they would involve more.
true... i guess MCs can gift their warriors for representing their Clans. it's entirely up to MC Leaderships. |

If this event can bring others for this server, I probably would stop to do 1 hunt/10 enrolls to join in one(for non-MC players)...
