Maybe Sven91 (about the result of the battle being pre-ordained). But it is just these type of tournaments where someone might try an unorthodox build that works really well. |
138 Another possible situation: there were players in application your friend met before in MT. And rules say that two definite players can fight each other only once in MT. Therefore your friend was kicked out. |
142 maybe 1 or 2 he met before but not all of them. |
for Sven91:
Victory depends for 65% on the faction you play
You also played with wizard, that is the faction where a win/lose is most based on faction.
As I see it there are 2 match ups that are 95% sure and the rest are more open.
Wizard vs. Knight (Wizard wins)
Wizard vs. Barbarien (Wizard lose)
The rest of teh matches are more open and is not predetermined. |
I met 3 knights, basically an instant win, they had no chance at all
I met 2 barbarians, basically an instant loss, I had no chance at all
I met 2 wizards, basically an instant loss since both had a higher faction level (more damage reduction, better mini artifacts ... )
I met 1 demon, that might have been the only battle where the winner wasn't so obvious from the beginning.
So far not a single dark elf or elf or necromancer ..... |
i think that the elves are the best faction for duels on 12th level, and demon is 2nd best. maybe i'm wrong.. results will show
A well-played demon is stronger than a well-played elf IMO, but elf is far easier to play with... so... XD |
