0-15 = 70% repair cost
16-30 = 69% repair cost
31-45 = 68% repair cost
46-60 = 67% repair cost
61-75 = 66% repair cost
76-90 = 65% repair cost
91-105 = 64% repair cost
106-120 = 63% repair cost
121-135 = 62% repair cost
136-150 = 61% repair cost
151+ = 60% repair cost
