I see that there is always talk about me ...
I wish for all my position, because as I guess you Warlord nothing has: I've played quite peacefully until Warlord, Cepionis and Derryk me as a competitor wanted to get rid of. The administration has reviewed my IP - I have only one character - Commander!
Warlord did not want to believe it was true and it has repeatedly in "Complaints and applications" written ... in addition, he has repeatedly Derryk and stupid claims on our advertising pages written in "Trade and Services"
I Warlord warned that with all miteln I will respond to me available, he would not negotiate at all ... I'm sorry that he has done so, but it was his decision.
P.S Again: I play ALONE! I do not 2 character! And if a few people have helped me, it is not that my "mult" are! |

Well, Warlord could have transfered clan leadership before leaving, instead of kicking everyone out. I guess he felt it makes more impression this way, but it doesn't look like it was done with his former clanmates' best interests at heart.
Stil, there's no copyright on clan name, so you can have a "New_Elite" clan registered, even though it's going to take time and gold. In the meantime, you've got your clansite, don't you. |

I didn't say anything here before because I don’t belong to the great clan. Well, as Warlord put my id on his personal page before and now on the closed clan page, I think I should tell some truth on my side:
1) New Elite was one of the greatest clans, and Warlord was also a great clan leader. Although Warlord closed this clan, I still think so.
2) I noticed there was some "fighting" between some players in New Elite and Commander in forum of Complaints and applications. But it's Commander's personal action. I don't think I have the right to tell him what to do or what not to do. Even if I told him what to do, he would not listen to me as he belongs to a lot of clans, and he is an adult and has mature thought. My clan and I NEVER involved into this until yesterday, and NEVER supported any side so far. And personally, I have no interest in "cheater hunting".
3) Yesterday, Warlord personal messaged (pm) me, and asked me to evict Commander, or else he and his 200 clanmates will become our clan's enemy. As a clan's leader, do you think I should evict a good player under the threat of other clan if he did nothing wrong against my clan and didn't break my clan's rule? Of course not.
4) So I kindly reject the request of Warlord. But I don't want that my clan becomes the enemy of the great clan. So I was trying to solve this issue properly. I communicated with both Warlord (32 pm) and Commander (11 pm), and mediated between them since yesterday.
5) Finally, yesterday, after careful consideration, I came out this solution, which I think is best for all sides (New Elite, Commander and my clan):
a) Warlord and Derryk apologize to Commander and stop replying Commander's post in forum to push down his advertisement, which initially triggered this whole issue. If Warlord and Derryk don't want to talk to Commander directly, they can send it to me, and I will forward it to Commander.
b) Commander apologizes to New Elite and stops his "cheater hunting against this clan" actions. If he won't, I will ask him leave my clan.
6) Commander agreed with my solution, but Warlord didn't. Warlord still asked me to evict Commander. It was midnight in my place, and I had to go to sleep. So I asked Warlord consider my suggestion again and then I went to sleep.
7) This morning, after I woke up, the first thing is to check the reply from Warlord, but he still asked me evict Commander. Also, the leader of a friendly clan of New Elite personal messaged and said his clan will become my enemy clan if I don’t evict Commander.
8) Then I saw Warlord closed his clan, put my id on his clan page, and states “Cheater Commander and his buddy Binghuo did all they can to call me and my clan cheaters”. This is so not true. I said a million times before that I have nothing to do with the whole "cheater hunting" thing and I did try my best to mediate between them to solve this fighting.
I wrote this post and I just want more players know the truth on my side: I didn't do anything against New Elite, and I tried my best to help solve this issue. However, you know sometimes decision is not in my hands.
You may also listen to both sides of Warlord and Commander to know more truth on the whole issue. |
lol like he had best interest in mind. no and way he closed his clan showed this clearly. I was memeber too once. I joined to be a blacksmith in his clan but i was too independent and too much of competition for his own repair service so he stoped supporting me which made me broke just before 1st tournament started i used all my money to repair for clan and he refused to refund me. He claimed he would help players in clan who had chance winning the tournament but he didnt help me at all. I had chance winning lvl 7 tournament and i lost 2 battles only becoz i had cheaper arts on me. If he atleast supported my repair for clan i could afford those arts i needed to win tournament. Even so i end up 2nd in tournament. (best place of all clanmembers that time)
After tournament he wanted me to give clan my thiefs invite but he didnt want to pay me for it nor did he wanted to help me with blacksmithing so i left and sold invite to highest bidder to support my repair skill. |
| there are a lot of ways to use different IP's...it doesn't mean that ur guild boosting and transfers are legal |
it was to commander, i dont have any personal against u at all and i dont care that u r my competitor in enchanting...the point is in other..
i'll make 2-3 mults, with the help of Proxy make them different IP's and boost my guild (maybe smiths too) by max...as we can see thats totally legal |
