U thieves keep on saying we non thieves dun know how u guys feel by ruining yr ambush but u also dun feel our frustration of losing every single ambush we fall into.....
I don't recall the last time a thief created a topic in the forums complaining he got mauled by a full arts thief. As thieves, they know it's a dangerous trade, and there's always the possibility that we will encounter a full-arts victim, some even with enchants.
I real life terms, what you are saying is basically - "Oh well, We don't have the skills or techniques to beat anyone one-on-one. Let's gang up and beat the daylights out of him/whoever we meet"
Reminds me of those school bullies of years past..
In LWM context, it's akin to implying that these 'unified travelers' don't have the skills, arts or know-how to beat thieves (most of whom wear min AP, btw), so "let's gang up and beat them. It's the only way we can win".
Back to fantasy world - Afaik, most (all?) heroes I have read/seen in comics, movies, books etc, don't gang up and try to obtain victory by out-numbering their enemy. :)
But that's just my opinion (which usually don't mean much. haha), and since it's not a rule break, we are all free to do as we deem fit till the thieving mechanics have been changed.
My suggestion is to stop dwelling on such petty stuff and go out, do some battles and have fun ! :) |

He was upset because he was fined for missing 2 turns in the ambush with sion and cbs. Most of it was "Im tired of this b****** and cbs is abusing his power" and alot more cursing. |

Man, that's harsh. Several thieves that ambushed me missed more than that, and I never complained. I thought you'd be fined only if you keep waiting till last seconds to make a move? |

Many people aren't aware that there are some ways of getting blocked that aren't mentioned in the General Rules.
Everyone should make themselves fully aware of the information present in the Keepers Clan (https://www.lordswm.com/clan_info.php?id=7373).
Particularly the last paragraph of that Clan info may be enlightening to some.

That would not have helped in this case. Nothing on that clan info page explains this block. It sounds like pure personal vendetta.

thats a misleading statement, naapa had some fines in the past for swearing in PM's. If you read #373 page carefuly, especialy under
Insults in battles, tavern, private mail. Swearing, rudeness, threats, flood.
