u guys are not getting what he wishes to convey.
the empress summons arctic once a year to add updates over here and thats it.
that is the only time when updates are there other than festive occasions.
he wants a representative who even understands the trivial wants of the community so that the admins actually know what people want and give them.
There is a HUGE differnce bw monarchy, dictatorship n democracy.

Why Naviron a dictator? I dont see any military upset... or somthing like that. he is just something like a rolling stone. And forget Arctic, he isnt there and nobody knows when "the prince" is coming back. Prison or not, he is just doing NOTHING! Vacation, HA!
We are talking about election, so maybe you could be the 1st leader chosen by the people!
