well if everyone jumped at an opportunity to fight...there'd be alot more dead in this world.
For all you know, hes trying to finds way to justify the release of arctic, but to oppose the queen, he'd be stripped of his title, leaving him no way to find out what is truly wrong with our queen.
Far-fetched i know, but hey i'm not one to simply charge full force into any situation without prior knowledge. |

| they could at least communicate with us instead of shutting themselves behind walls and moats saying their word is absolute. i always believed that the Empire and the Councilors were fair, brave, and willing to talk, though they rarely do.
