It would. We have a contract with a professional artist and his royalties are high enough to say 500 is the *least* we can offer right now.
If 500 is close what the making of UCIs actually costs, noone should complaint. I would sure love to have one, but that is way off my budget.
i wont comoplain about the price but it might be nice to if u provide the game with an avatar + animations and everything the put it if for 50/100 bux
That is a good idea: get a contract for 10 different animations for each faction and let then players upgrade from the current ones to those for a more reasonable price.
The problem: The admins would be buying 70 new animations (wich in such a deal i am sure you would pay less than 500 each, but maybe not below 300)), wich would cost (70x300) 21.000 (!). If they place it for us players for 105 each, they would need to sell (21000/105) 200 just to be in a position to making a profit. And lets face it: there wont be 200 players willing to pay 105 for a CI - especially if its not even unique.
Anyway, i would sure love to have some new art with my character... and those UCI are truly awesome. Congrats to all who get them. |

It looks nice for those you can and want to pay for that but i hope nobody will buy an out of subject customized avatar.

Let's be realistic.... you'll be lucky that you get a duck to fight. Some players might choose a plant, their pet, some childhood fantasy, or a plain rock. |

Back to topic, its good if we can order mass UCI. 100 ppl order 1 UCI for 10 diamonds will be good, especially for clans |

In many countries income are a lot higher, but of course expenses are also quite higher as well. And I agree with darmogathel, your income is quite high comparatively. Anyway with your income and low expenses, I'm surprised you say you can't afford more than 50 euros. |

come on, what is the average age of the players here? quite low right.
the average income for a 20-30 years old in europe is like 2000-2500 euros.
nobody is gonna spent 500 euros for a avatar. you can buy a playstation 3 or new pc for this.
and sorry arctic, i know you guys have costs for the designer but find a cheaper designer then. we in thailand, design for a lot less. go to sri lanka or india and it is even less then here. |
