Huh? I suppose you are playing for practice.
binghuo gave us a go, but for practice or officially, the fun begins! #209 had before this idea and will have at least one challenge a week. We promote pvp's and we encourage all the clans to do the same with or without tournaments. I suppose this is the main idea for this tournament and we thank you, Modi, for giving us the opportunity to meet other clans sharing our interests.

Binghuo is working on the outline as I type. I am sure he is making a great outline for us to use =) Don't worry, we will have our games although it is difficult to bring us all together. 1. This tournament is for fun and friendship. No application fee, no prize/reward, No flame.
2. There are 10 clans would like to join our first tour of clan battles:

3. The whole tournament will last 9 weeks. In each week, every clan will fight another clan. So one clan will have chance to fight with every other 9 clans.
The fighting schedule is as:
1st week: #279 vs #137, #153 vs #209, #227 vs #102, #181 vs #365, #186 vs #460
2nd week: #279 vs #153, #137 vs #460, #227 vs #209, #181 vs #102, #186 vs #365

If everyone agree, the 1st week is from Mon. Sep. 28th to Sun. Oct. 4th, the 2nd week is Mon. Oct. 5th to Sun. Oct. 11. If all teams finish all fights before the end of week, we can start the next week fight earlier.
4. The two clans meet together will fight for 4 battles of 3vs3. 3vs3 is recommended. If not enough players, could be 6 battles of 2vs2, or 2 battles of 3v3 + 3 battles of 2vs2. The winner side get 3 points from 3v3, 2 points from 2vs2. The lost side get 0 point.
5. The leaders or thier representatives of two clans in fighting need to communicate with each other to set up thier convenient time and other combat details. Here are some suggestion on a few things, but they are not strict and I would like to give our leaders more freedom in our first tournament:
5a. Arts: Full arts (NOT limited to shop arts). no enchanting.
5b. Combat lvl: the same lvl from each side, or the same combination to make the battle fair. For example, three lvl 10 vs three lvl 10, lvl 5+6+7 vs 5+6+7, lvl 12+12+13 vs 12+12+13.
5c. No diamond upgrade
5d. Faction: no limit
6. Before creating a group battle, they need to find at least one judge from a third clan (not from any of the two clans in battle) to oversee the battle set-up. After the battle, the judge will report the legal results to our Score-keeper.
7. When set up the group battle, plz choose the right clan-limit and combat lvl limit on each side. Also note as "1st clan battle tournament" with other important limit notes. Both side should follow the same limit to keep the battle fair. A unfair battle will not be counted.
8. During the battle, players from both sides should show good sportsmanship, try thier best to win the battle. No flame. Other players can watch the battles, but plz no flood in battle chatting.
9. After all clan finished 1 week's battles, the score-keeper will announce the results here.
10. After 9 weeks battle, the overall results will be announced based on the total scores.
11. If a player in multi clans, he/she may join the battles of all clans if the clan leaders agree. But if both of his clans are in fighting, he has to choose only 1 side to join or not join any side. | For clan leaders, plz write the following information here:

2. Your vote on my proposal above, yes or no in overall?

Actually, I agree on it too. but since most reply I read above is against it, so I put no diamond there. Anyway, we can put of votes from clan leaders on it.

Thx! :) | Please remember. Clan leaders are allowed one proposed change to be voted on. This is to speed up the approval process and get the tournament started. I want to thank Binghuo for his work and all clan leaders and officers who are helping make this tournament a reality.
When the list of judges is complete, we will go over your job and instruct you about the sanctioning process. I am still looking for a second record keeper, outside my clan, to keep the tournament match results in order. Before the final results are posted, I will submit them to each clan leader for approval. I do want to keep a running and updated scoring thread so all players can see the latest results for our battles. Let's make this clear. The two clans must agree on a format before beginning their combat. We can't have a clan winning two 3v3s and scoring 6 points and then saying they can't field players to finish two more 3 v 3s, forcing the clan that is behind to win all three 2 v 2s to tie them. 2. Abstain. You know very well why: the faith of this tournament will be decided by the size of the clan, and not by the value of its fighters.
3. Yes, in the way each clan gets the final score. Enchants should be allowed if the two sides agree on them.

But plz ask them reply here ASAP, so we can have enough time to update the new schedule without effecting the clan combination of the fist week at least.
And also, for every clan leader who haven't express your agree or disagree on my proposal yet, plz do it ASAP. so we can make necessary changes, and make our 1st week tournament happens at the begining of this week. :) |
