Due to the new game rule on bank, we paused our clan bank for a while, and we are applying the bank license.

The weekly tax is based on your Laborers' guild level: 500*n gold (n= Laborers' guild level. If n = 0, your pay 500 gold tax per week).
Plz send your tax to dougdandan, and describe as "clan tax". You may transfer more than 1 week once, but note as "clan tax for ? weeks".
You are able to get tax discount based on your clan title:
Member, Stone Dragon and Iron Dragon: no discount
Bronze Dragon: 20% discount
Silver Dragon: 40% discount
Golden Dragon: 60% discount
Platinum Dragon: 80% discount
Diamond Dragon and Angelic Dragon: 100% discount. TAX FREE

What’s the prize?
First prize: Start of the Month, and one THIEF ART on clan’s choice.
Second prize: 10,000 gold
Third prize: 2,000 gold
Who are able to join?
If you are our clan member and pay your tax on time, you are in automatically.
How to win?
What you need to do is enroll in facilities as often as possible, and pay your tax on time. The one who enrolls the most in facilities will win. I will write down laborers' guild points of each member at the beginning and the end of each month. The differences are your enrolling times. The more, the better!
When does it start?
It start right now, I already write down your laborers' guild points around system time 11-03-2008 8:30 am. And I will do it again at the end of this month or beginning of the next month.

You can pay only 60% of the repair cost to repair 70% of the max durability in our clan.
Plz send your money and art to our smith, binghuo, following the instruction here:
1) Click on the name of your artifact to see its description page and find the original repairing cost at the bottom of the page.
2) Calculate the repairing cost as (60% * original repairing cost), then transfer the gold to binghuo, and note as "repair cost for ?"
3) Click the "transfer" link of this artifact under the name of your artifact, and in the "Item transaction" page fill in the form as follows:
Enter character name: binghuo
Golds: 1
Transfer with recall in: 1 days, 0 combats and "Allow repairing".
Then, just wait a few hours, binghuo will return it once it get repaired.
