13 match win streak in cg (2 bot matches though).

My longest win streak in cg was 13 wins too, with classic barb no bots.
Now, i am on 8 win streak with fury including 1 bot match.. let see if i can reach 13 again ;) |

No disrespect intended, but do some moderators effectively get a load of gold for having to do nothing? All good for gold to be in the .com community, just jealous perhaps.
Or perhaps lets phrase it more positively, of the moderator types (I am thinking roles and independent of any real people here) which have the most to do and which the least.
This is no slur on the people with those jobs, just the absence of any significant activity on various interfaces of the game.
For instance, how many people use the chat feature in this game to give the chat moderators anything to do?
How frequently are specific forum areas used to generate much checking needed, for instance trade section is usually pretty dead.
As a rule most that actually post are usually within the rules, for those that don;t post I guess it doesn;t matter if they would have a liklihood of breaking rules!
What do people think? PArticularly moderators, lets have some friendly inter mod banter as to whom has the most work to do! |

Its totally unnecessary to pay salary to moderators. That is because the job in itself should not be considered a "job." Moderation has been something we have not needed for a long time. Rarely someone does something totally pointless in forums, and i think we could even accept that from now on since the forums are more dead than ever. And that includes the off-game sections as well.
Real question is, do we need moderators? Maybe not. Although i will admit that if someone is being outrageous and using demeaning slurs or other words of those nature on forums, then some action would be needed but i see that is even more rare outside of battles as far as .com is concerned. Makes having a total clan of moderators redundant for such little purpose. |
I only see a requirement for moderators in violations in battle , finance and for queries section alone. As for the other parts of the forums I don’t think mods are even required. Chat is totally dead. I just check in from time to time just to see if anyone wants to talk or banter but there is no one there not even the mods.
2-3 years back there were people constantly posting something demeaning or 18+ so there was a necessity . Now the forums have died down. Is there still a necessity ? |

it takes short time, thats a given. But doesnt change the fact that its such a buzzkill.
And the next cg round is going to happen at a certain time only, so the wait affects you the same way, especially for the people who don't want to play pve. Its just annoying to have, so i avoid playing during the quiet hours. Still, even when only playing with ~30 competitors enlisted, i encounter bots more often than i'd like. |
I guess there exist people who simply view it as paying 1.3k worth arts for 1.2 CG points and that's a good deal for them.
Those idiots ruining it for the rest of us. |

I keep trying to make TDE work but it never does :(
After CL15, TDE has just been so weak in 2v2.
I mean, TDE is strong on it's own, but it really is of very little help to a partner.
One game, partner was DD and enemy had necro. Since neither can shoot, archiliches slowly cursed all DD troops and GG.
This happens often. Due to no early game presence, if your partner is vulnerable, it's lost.
Maybe I'll just have to stick to mage DE. That's a working build, but it gets so boring. |
