Umm just so you know balancing is based on standard shop equipment strength not temporal set

Yes i doubt your statement. What has statistics got to do with anything here? people who play it more? People who have better win at pvp/pve? What stats are you referring to?
For A, the best faction can be which doesn't have any significant disadvantage against most other factions thus any pvp event is doable for him. A is just a theoretical faction which will never be in a disadvantaged situation. But some of the existing factions might be a closer to A than another.
For B, the best faction is what has many strengths overall... like 7/10 easiness on hunters guild and 8/10 at something else! It has many strengths but still it isn't as balanced (the relative balance between different factions) as A is for specific PVP. For example tribal is beaten easily by BW (this statement isn't up for argument here!).
What is your definition of best faction? What makes you think tribal is best one? Why do you claim it is an objective opinion when 99% people will call it bs? |

People who have better win at pvp
Since we are comparing factions I find it would be best if it were comparing them in combat against each other rather than based of average combat stat as obviously certain factions do better in certain combats against certain creatures

Meaning it has a higher chance of beating more factions he comes across
Also tribal has a good chance against elf's the most commonly used faction
The simple statistic is not as many factions can easily beat tribals giving them the best chance all around |

DE only has above 50% in shadow barb and unholy necro
While tribal is pretty well rounded
De has success rates against certain factions of >40% while holding no significant chance against any faction

tribal strong point is they can set the tempo of the fight with rapid,delay,lesson of history, and ancestral wrath. opponent mostly don't predict this and fail to account the change in initiave bar.

While these are some of the harder factions for tribal its certainly not stacked against you heavily like some others
bw 43% of winning...
Charmer is 49%!.. thats not even enough to say they have an advantage let be real
DE this is where you were most wrong at 54% tribal actually wins more frequently
