I am aware of that discussion and I still think it is a bug. Skeletal crossbowmen are NOT necromancer unit, because a player cannot play using it, and you cant select it for crit.
Also it appears in the Neutral unit tab, not necromancer (in case you bring up alt tribal and dwarf upgrades, who do appear in their faction tab) |

They dont count because they WILL be playable. Thus they belong to that faction.
Any unit that can be used by that faction belongs to that faction (used now or in the future)
And before you say Skele cross might be usable by necro someday, keyword MIGHT, when admins confirm that a necro alt that can use them is in works, then I will admit that crosses are a necro unit. |
| Skele crossbows can get armas visible on necro page. As it wasn't a proof that one day they could be playable there. And necro caravans often use them as well. |
| BTW I think that after LeG was introduced, you could have skeleton crossbows exchanged for neutral unit. Then admins must have changed it to necro. |

I have found only one, which is weird. I found it long time ago, maybe it was disabled later, can't confirm it by myself. |
