I am a naturally verbose individual it is true, and my default mode of communication is overly convoluted really. It takes me a lot of mental effort to be concise, which is important to do in my job.
This means that when it comes to things that are not my job, a don't really try to be concise anymore and just brain dump onto a page. And you poor fellows are the victims. Just be thankful you don;t have to listen to me talk!

Truth is truth, I am at peace with that, its not the worst characteristic in the world to have. I would rather be verbose than someone who rants and gets grumpy all the time. |
| I would easily call myself verbose too but education and job helped a lot on that. The alternative I offered sounds boring while with yours you give a thorough answer. I still regularly find myself just rewriting an answer to keep it down to a decent size so maybe I just have more time than Mr. Twain. |
On a different note I thought we could discuss good team combos in the paired tourney
So far I am seeing a lot of full attack rush builds, with elves and dwarves being frequent opposition.

Who is currently not had a loss with his partner. DOF Battlewise with holy defensive classic wiz. High attack low def will crash against the huge def of the classic, while the classic can support the BW with evasion/stone etc to keep them alive for its DoF to allow the classic to do solid damage.
As a test of its strength what combo do you think would beat it? |

I think DD + most factions is a very strong combo. Especially with something like HK who can do bless on demon troops. |

Overall anything strong enough to rush the BW before it casts its 2nd spell. I could imagine something like fury and classic elf for exemple, classic elf has the added benefit of trees, even buffed defense classic will struggle to break free from that and luck + favoured ennemy can break through serious defense. BW or dwarf thrown into the mix could do well too I think. |

Most of the time they just never get posted in again, closing it I suppose brings a sense of closure to those stray topics, like purging a lost soul. Meshy, did you ever consider changing class to holy knight?
Btw any Americans here? Or anyone who did the Putnam math contest? Seems kinda hard. Later questions are almost impossible for me, even the first one is hard sometimes :/
