I find it difficult to fathom how he gets loan for roulette when he is already under 100k debt.

Since I have been back, I have seen him return a small percentage of the amount owed and then ask for more.
You gave him 10k loans, the amount he owes you is 110k.
So I might be wrong about this, but you shouldn’t have given him this much, especially knowing he wants it for the sole purpose of playing roulette and owes other players too.
Plus he has broken the monthly loan limit rule too, that puts your entire amount loaned to him at risk. |

I got my driving license last week, on Friday, finally. :))))))
I feel good, and as if Im making steps in "Growing Up".
