You only get the rewards for main levels, why would you want to spend more on artifacts for no rewards?
^You still get guild points for min art. Besides it is irrelevant whether it is worth or not. If you can do them if you haven't beaten lvl30, why wouldn't you be able to do (or not but it will be your choice) after you beat lvl30. |

This level and all subsequent ones are available to lords from 12 combat level.

Most shop art levels are pretty straightforward, just defend and attack after casting all spells
Except chaos wiz or spawning building levels of course |

It looks like you haven't progressed too much in the side battles, you should try doing them first to get more troops/better armaments before attempting again |
