The AI leaves a lot to be desired. My team mate went AFK right from the first, and the computer took over his troops. Well and good. Just see what his remaining shrews did throughout the last half of the battle.

Its about matchup and learning ability.
Since the battlefield is new, the one who learn most and faster will be rewarded with better performance.
No need to blaming teammate except afk and obvious missplay.
Defensive and slow faction gain significant advantage in this battlefield because of magic wall. Play attention to the initiave bar so you can control opponent, decide which enemy to focus first, learn to bait and trade units while gaining better army value (clash royale strats haha) Goodluck. |

Dark Mass Spells are just silly!

Elite forest keepers with initiative 6 at some pt of the battle.
Minos with ~4 and two times they were knocked back by bears xD
1 Confusion spell and your WHOLE army is useless, ALL OF IT, for 8 freakin turns I barely scratched anything!
Not mentioning what can the temps do to your army if it's a dark demon. |
| Ikr, I had to face 2 dark demons and both caster, my teammate being a Barbarian, all spells were cast on us before we even knew what had happened and control of enforcers and commanders taken for 2 turns but lasted 4 turns due to delay :( |
Will I get the Figurine of a warrior artifact after winning 5 battles?
Because it says I have to be lvl 5 to equip it. |
@LoneShadow, checked part of one of your fights, and i think it would be good for a tribal to hit some walls when moving next to them... gives you free tribal spirit.
@ElivshW, when facing darkness casters it's often a good strategy to spread your troops a bit early on so that all of them can't be targeted at the same time |

In other events the artifact reward has already been of higher level than what I could equip so I SUPPOSE that you would get it, but would have to wait level 5 to be able to use it. It's just a wild guess though. |
