My speculation is that since this thread has been there for over 20 hours and still being discussed, it seems to me that quite likely Arctic is not joking.
Because if it's a joke/rumor, then admin will easily find out and remove Arctic's "jk" information and this thread will be removed as well.
So this thread makes me think that Arctic is somehow authorized to release something to us. |

People were complaining that was no year attached, even though it is normal just to say month if it is next month. This is obvious his response to the people being pedantic |
