It was not on the help page, but it was announced in grand update 2:

Each even guild level will grant a skill point for optional distribution. |

In addition, please note that changes have affected the majority of spells learned in the Magic guild level 4. You may track the new ways of functioning for those spells on the "Spells" section of the game reference.

meteorite rain, chain lightning and sumon elementals will become weaker and teleport, blind and berserker will become stronger.
Damage down slightly for chaos, other schools bumped slightly (or more than slightly, Berzerk almost doubled I think) |
