i don't know about my elements rate (seems above 10% but under 16% for sure so far) but in .ru i keep getting ice crystals like crazy. after MG2, i got nearly 17 elements and 13~14 of them are ices.
like a teacher of mine used to say "there is absolutely nothing random in a software random number generator. the values are always close to the both ends". |
